Updated the schedule with input from Construction Superintendent in a timely fashion, provided feedback to Construction regarding areas / activities falling behind schedule. Prepared work around plans caused by the delay in the delivery of the main transformer and the rebuilding of the cooling towers; impact on the completion milestone was minimized.

Start-up Planner: Developed the Commissioning schedule with input provided by the representatives of the Combustion and Steam turbines vendors (GE and Alston).

Developed the tool to track the Start Up progress using quantities (loops, calibrations, motor runs, etc.)
